Monsoon Marketplace updates an eBay listing when you make one of the item level or group level changes detailed in the chart below.
In addition to checking for changes to item details such as price, quantity, and item specifics, Monsoon Marketplace regularly evaluates your inventory throughout the day, comparing each item to your listing template rules. During this evaluation, if an item that is listed on eBay matches a listing template that you have revised, an update is sent to eBay to revise your listing.
An item does not need to delist and relist for updates to apply. The exception to this behavior is the eBay category. If you change an item's eBay category after it is listed, the change is not applied until the item delists then relists.
The chart below details which changes in Monsoon Marketplace trigger a listing revision on the eBay and eBay UK markets, including changes to multi-quantity listings for which at least one item has sold.
When you create a single eBay listing for multiple identical items and one of those items sells, the listing is considered a sold multi-quantity listing.
