To edit an Amazon category and condition note
You can edit the custom note you added to an Amazon listing based on its condition and Amazon product category.
Description
In addition to updating an existing market note, editing a market note is a handy way to trigger listing revisions when needed for other settings such as Amazon tax collection.
Once any note—item note, classification note, category and condition note, or default market note—is added to a listing, Amazon won't allow the notes to be set back to blank. For example, let's say that you add a market note to your listings, but leave all other note options blank. If you later delete or clear that market note in Monsoon Marketplace, Amazon won't change the notes in your listings to blank.
Under Markets, click the Expand button next to the market you want to modify.
Click the Expandbutton next to Notes, and then click Edit.
In the Category list, select a category.
In the Condition list, select a condition.
Type a note in the text box, and then click OK.
Note You can add up to four note types to each Amazon listing. Notes upload in the following order until the consolidated note size reaches Amazon's 1000-character limit: item note, classification note, note by category and condition, and the default market note.
