eBay duplicate or abandoned listing

An eBay duplicate can be created at the time a listing is revised if eBay does not confirm that the item is listed.

Description

An eBay duplicate is a fixed price listing that eBay identifies as being identical to another listing which is a violation of listing policy.

eBay Listing Synchronization addresses the most common cause of duplicate listings:

• Communication from the marketplace at the time an item is revised. If Monsoon Marketplace doesn't receive confirmation from eBay that an item is listed, the item is sent up again for listing, potentially resulting in a duplicate.
