Ignored competitors
When you don't want your inventory to price against certain sellers, you can create an Ignored Competitors list on the Settings tab.
Description
When you add a seller's Amazon nickname to your Ignored Competitors list, your item doesn't price against that seller's offer listings. If your eBay pricing is set to get prices from eBay rather than Amazon, you can add the seller's eBay name to the list.
- At the time an item reprices, Monsoon filters out the sellers on your Ignored Competitors list.
- On the Settings tab, click Ignored Competitors.
- Click Add Ignored Competitor, then click New Ignored Competitor and type the Amazon nickname of the seller you want to ignore when pricing. If you've checked the Get prices from eBay check box on the Settings tab under eBay General, type the seller's eBay name.
- Click OK.
- After you click OK, it can take approximately 20 minutes for Monsoon to ignore newly added competitors.
