Shipping Rule Priority

Shipping rules apply to your inventory in the same order that they appear in your shipping rule list, from top to bottom. If an item meets the criteria of the top rule, then that shipping rule is applied. If an item does not meet the criteria of the top rule, it is compared to the next rule down, and so on.

If an item does not qualify for any rule in the list, then the bottom rule (the default rule) is applied.

Note  Periodically, a Monsoon Marketplace process runs to check if an item qualifies or still qualifies for a rule in the list. Comparing from top to bottom, if an item matches a different rule in the list, then the different rule is applied to the item and the listing is updated on the market.
