You can also create Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) shipments directly on Amazon, instead of through Monsoon Marketplace, and then the related data will be automatically synchronized with Monsoon Marketplace using Enhanced FBA Synchronization.
When you create an FBA shipment on Amazon, you must create a new FBA SKU for any items that do not exist in Monsoon Marketplace or are merchant fulfilled. After you create a new FBA SKU, you can add the item to a shipment. When you do this, an FBA listing hold is placed on any SKUs that were created directly on Amazon or have 0 FBA quantity in Monsoon Marketplace. An item will not list on Amazon until the FBA listing hold is removed. You can clear all holds at one time or clear an individual SKU's hold on the My Inventory tab.
For more information about Enhanced FBA Synchronization and FBA Listing Hold, see Understanding FBA Data Synchronization.
When adding an item to FBA inventory before you add it to a shipment, we recommend that you leave the Seller SKU field blank so Amazon can create a SKU for you. If you prefer to use your own Seller SKU, never use one that starts with mon (mon0000012345) or ends with _usf, _ukf, _loc, or _sqz because it won't import into Monsoon. If a SKU doesn't import, Monsoon Marketplace can't manage it.
