To set up an eBay return policy

You can customize your eBay return policy on the Settings tab under eBay Shipping Rules.

Description

  1. On the Settings tab, under eBay, click Shipping Rules.
  2. Click Accept returns.
  3. In the Return shipping is paid by list, click Buyer or Seller.
  4. In the Returns are accepted within list, click 14, 30, or 60 days.
  5. In the Refund is provided by list, click MoneyBack or MoneyBackOrExchange.

  1. Click OK.
