To add an eBay UK Top-rated seller shipping rule

You can set up a shipping rule so that your listings qualify to receive an eBay UK Premium Service badge (formerly a Top-rated seller badge). (To learn more about the eBay Premium Service badge, see the eBay website.) To be eligible for a Premium Service badge, eBay UK requires that a listing offer one day or same day dispatch, a free domestic delivery option, a minimum returns period of 14 days, and an express delivery option offering delivery within one day.

  1. On the Settings tab, in the left pane under Markets, expand eBay UK, and then click Shipping Rules.
  2. In the right pane, click Add Rule, and then in Shipping Rule Criteria Editor, expand the panes, select the needed criteria, and then click OK.
  3. Under Require Immediate Payment, select the Require Immediate Payment for these items check box. Optional.

  4. Under Shipping Methods, do one or more of the following:

  5. Under Premium Shipping Methods, select eBay UK Express: 1 Day Delivery. Required for the Premium Service badge.
  6. Under Combined Shipping Discount, enter an amount. Recommended if Require Immediate Payment is not selected.
  7. Under Free Shipping Surcharge, enter an amount that is added to your shipping at the time an item lists. Recommended.
  8. Under Dispatch Time, select Same working day or 1 working day. Required for the Premium Service badge.
  9. Under Return Policy, select your returns settings. Set to Accept Returns by default in compliance with eBay UK seller requirements.
  10. Click OK to save.
