To add an order import template

If you use a data exchange, you can create a custom template to import a select group of order columns as well as map columns in your external source to columns in Monsoon Marketplace. Manually importing orders from the File menu is not supported.

1. On the Settings tab, in the left pane under My Company, click Import/Export Templates.
2. In the right pane, click Add Template.
3. In Import/Export Templates, select Order Import, and then click OK.
4. Click Create a brand new template, and then click Next.
5. In Delimiter , click Tab, and then click Next. (You can select Tab, Comma, Semicolon, Space, or Other, although Tab is recommended.)
6. In Custom Import Template Name, type a name for the template.
7. Click Add Column Header, and then select a column to import. Repeat for additional columns.

8. If you use a data exchange, you can map Monsoon Marketplace column headers to column headers in your external source. In User Column Header, type the exact name of the column that will be imported.

   

9. After you have added all of the columns you want to import, click Finish.
10. Later, to use the template in a data exchange, select it on the Settings tab under Data Exchange. Manually importing orders from the File menu is not supported.
