To configure a Zebra GC420d printer to print Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) labels

(This procedure was created using Windows 7, Monsoon Marketplace 4.16, Endicia DAZzle 14.1.05, and ZebraDesigner driver v2.7.03.16.)

  1. Click the Start button on the Windows taskbar, and then click Devices and Printers.
  2. Right-click the printer ZDesigner GC420d (EPL) and select Printing Preferences.
  3. Click the Stocks tab, then click New.

  4. In the Define Stock dialog box, do the following:
    1. In the Name box, type FBA.
    2. In the Darkness list, select 8.
    3. In the Speed list, select 3.
    4. In the Label Width box, type 2.25.
    5. In the Label Height box, type 0.75.
    6. In the Left, Right, Top, and Bottom boxes, type 0.04, and then click OK.

  5. Click the Advanced Setup tab and do the following:
    1. Under Media settings, click Direct thermal if it's not already the default setting; in the Media type list, select Label with gaps.
    2. Under Device options, click Peel off and select the Top of form backup check box.
    3. Under Position adjustment, in the Gap/Mark height box, type 0.1. All other position adjustments should be 0.00.
    4. Under Cutter, click Never.
    5. Click Calibrate, and the click OK.
