Using Multi-Channel Fulfillment through Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) on Alibris requires that you first configure your Alibris seller account. For instructions, see the Alibris website.
Multi-channel via Alibris orders are forwarded to Amazon for fulfillment. These orders are shipped directly to Sparks, NV. Any multi-channel orders received from Alibris with a Canadian delivery address are automatically canceled by Monsoon Marketplace because they do not qualify for Multi-Channel Fulfillment per Amazon policy. If an Alibris order contains a mix of both local and multi-channel items, only the multi-channel items are canceled.
Some sales partnerships on Alibris are not available to sellers using Amazon’s Multi-Channel Fulfillment. Certain markets do not want their customers receiving branding, such as a box printed with Amazon's logo, or sales collateral from a competitor alongside items ordered from their website.
In order to sell FBA inventory on Alibris, you must first opt-out of these brand-sensitive sales channels.

Once your Alibris seller account has been configured for FBA, none of your FBA inventory will be listed on these brand-sensitive sales channels by way of Alibris.
To opt-out of brand-sensitive sales channels, send an email to Alibris Seller Support. An Alibris Seller Support representative should have your account reconfigured within 24 hours from the time you send the email.
