Tracking FBA Inventory

When Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) items are received by Amazon, your FBA Available Quantity is adjusted. Specifically:

You may adjust FBA Working Qty (on the My Inventory tab, click the FBA Working Qty button) if you need to reduce or increase the quantity of a SKU that you have already added to a shipment. For example, you may decrease FBA Working Qty if you are unable to send an item (damaged, missing, etc.). In this case, do not try deleting a shipment by moving the quantity to zero (0). Changing the quantity will simply adjust the quantity of an item in a shipment. Instead, if you need to close a shipment, do it directly on the Amazon website.

However, if you do need to adjust FBA Working Qty in Monsoon Marketplace for an item that is in a shipment,this will also adjust the quantity for that shipment on the Amazon website. Use caution when doing this because it is possible to become out of compliance with Amazon’s policy, which limits a change in quantity for an item in a shipment to + or – 5% or 6 items, whichever is greater.
