Troubleshooting FBA Error Messages

This article contains information for troubleshooting error messages that you may receive when using Monsoon Marketplace and Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA).

Missing dimensions messages

Problem: Amazon has indicated that this item is missing dimension data in their catalog. These messages may indicate either missing item or package dimensions. Amazon requires item dimensions for FBA items as they charge for storage based on item volume.

Solution: Add the dimensions to the product on Amazon. After you have added them, you should be able to add the item to your FBA shipment.
